Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Activities:
- Participate in developing, initiating and executing marketing and sales plan
- Actively develop the market and promote our products and services
- Implement and execute corporate and product presentations
- Be updated on customers plans and strategies
- Respond and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
- Single point of contact for all customer communication
- Propose solutions, check and communicate any technical and commercial related issues (Prod. Sheets, Price/Quotation, BHA drawings, operational procedures, etc)
- Job specific Project follow up (Fill in project register logbook, file project specific info. in Wellfile, ensure correct information in Work Order Out front page, keep ongoing activity list updated, customer job specific meetings, and other customer related communication)
- General marketing activities, both initial sales and after sales promotion
- Adhere to local and external relevant health & safety laws and policies
- Attend training and / to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and sales development within areas specified
- Be the link between supplier and operations
- Responsible for customer service and after sales
- Developing marketing strategies
- Assisting in the marketing and planning process
Team Activities:
- Meetings with Country Manager and Operations personnel
- Attend internal QHSEmeetings
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification would be preferable
- Minimum 3 years Middle East experience
- Minimum 5 years experience from oil & gas
- Good knowledge of downhole tools
- Slickline / E-line experience, preferable
