In january 2012 Interwell set a 350-700 HEX Bridge Plug to isolate sand from an open gravel pack sleeve.
The challenge was that the slips had to be set in 7 5/8" tubing and element inside 6" sealbore (80 cm sealbore @2615 mMD). 9 5/8" liner was above the sealbore, requiring an adapter kit to expand it to 9 5/8" Liner.
Plug was correlated and set successfully.
