CannSeal ZonalSeal - extend field life and improve recovery

In mature wells, conventional techniques for reducing produced water can be costly and time-consuming.
Three images dipicting Interwell's CannSeal expoxy solution being used to separate the oil production zone in an open gravel-packed annulus, preventing or restricting water in a stand-alone screen completion and preventing or restricting water production in an un-cemented liner.

Run on standard electric wireline, our patented CannSeal epoxy technology is designed to precisely place an annular seal in a single run to stop or reduce water production. Tailored to each application, our epoxy solution does not segregate nor slump - making it applicable even for horizontal wells.

It's ideally suited for when there’s a need to isolate the annular space between sand screens or an uncemented liner and the formation, or in oil-producing wells with sand screens (with or without gravel).

Benefits

  • A cost and time-effective solution to reduce water production
  • Extend field life and improve recovery
  • Run on standard electric wireline
  • Precisely places epoxy sealant – creating an annular seal in a single run
