This privacy policy explains the types of data Interwell collects from you and how that information is used. We understand that you care about your privacy and we take that seriously. We also recognise that keeping your personal information private is an ongoing responsibility, so we pledge to update this privacy policy whenever we adopt new privacy policies or add new personal data practices.

Collection of personal data

Much of the information on our website is available without having to provide your personal data. You are also only required to enter a limited amount of data when requesting extra material, such as newsletters, if you so wish. However, some information is necessary to collect. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time.  

We gather the following data:  

Newsletter – when you sign up for our newsletter, we ask for your name, company and e-mail address. You are also asked to tick off the options for the newsletter(s) you would like to receive. We gather this information primarily to be able to send you the newsletter you have signed up for, and secondarily to gather information about who our subscribers are in order to optimise content. 

Get in touch – when you ask us to get in touch with you we ask for your name, e-mail address and the company you work for. We gather this information as we need your contact details to be able to get in touch with you.   

Use of personal data

Like most other websites, Interwell.com collects certain information automatically. Examples of this information may include IP addresses, geographic location, browser type, device screen resolution, device type, preferred language, etc.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected for. Access to this data is restricted to personnel with appropriate authorisation and a clear need to use that data. 

Sharing and transfer of personal data

Your personal data will only be shared with third parties when it is necessary to provide our services. We occasionally use third parties to work on our behalf and we will share only the necessary information in these circumstances. We will not disclose your data to any third parties for the purpose of marketing. 

Data storage and retention 

Personal data is stored by Coretek AS on its servers. Your data is retained only for as long as it is necessary for the intended purpose.

Processing Security

Interwell maintains technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect the privacy of your personal data. We make sure to update and test our security technology regularly. Interwell will apply the appropriate safeguards to help ensure your personal data is protected against accidental loss, unauthorised disclosure, unlawful forms of processing and alteration or access.

If you choose to share content from Interwell.com on any social media, information might be added to the content. How social media comapnies manages this data is regulated by your agreement with them. Information that you have shared from Interwell.com will not be stored in any Interwell system. This includes, but is not limited to websites like Facebook.com, LinkedIn.com, Twitter.com etc.

Newsletter

You are welcome to subscribe to our e-mail newsletters. This will require that you enter your name, e-mail address and what topics you would like to receive news about. We will keep your name and e-mail address in a dedicated database provided by MailChimp and these are not shared with any third-parties. You can opt out of our e-mail newsletter at any time.
