When used as a deep-set barrier and for production packer setting, the remotely operated IRSV removes the need to carry out additional well interventions, and over the past 5 years, has saved over 1,200 hours of rig time on Apache’s completion operations as well as allowing dedicated Well Services crews to continue scheduled work-scopes across the Forties field.
