Andrew Louden, Interwell’s UK Managing Director commented: “We enjoyed a very successful time at Offshore Europe 2013. The exhibition stand was very busy with a keen interest in the products on display which included the 15,000psi HPHT plug, the new electronic setting tool, a HEX plug, an ME plug and a gauge hanger. A number of clients were also given a demonstration of the new non-explosive glass plug. Our sales team are now following up on a number of specific enquiries.”

The ‘Extreme Technology’ campaign launched during the run-up to OE-2013 featured a video of the current Scottish trial bike champion, Duncan Shaw, riding around the UK yard and workshop. Duncan returned to Aberdeen on Thursday evening with Alistair Clarkson (aka Ali C) to entertain Interwell’s guests outside Union Square shopping centre. Jim Laidlaw, the UK’s Business Development Director said: “The CLAN cycle stunt team provided fantastic family entertainment on Thursday night. The 250 hog-roast rolls consumed by our VIP guests is testament to just how popular our ‘Extreme’ campaign has proved. A fantastic team effort!”
