This visit allowed us to feed information to the top political level about our P&A project following the Demo 2000 funding we received at the start of 2016. Demo 2000 is governmental funding, channelled through The Norwegian Research Council, with the objective to partly financially support technologies ready for pilot launch and testing. Interwell P&A is one of several that received such support this spring.

With two Norwegian newspapers also present, project information has also been fed to a much broader audience. Stavanger Aftenblad and Dagens Næringsliv had articles in their newspapers on Friday 30th September.

There is no doubt of the very strong interest in the technology and we hope that our new P&A solution will soon become commercially available and provide a superior cost competitive and quality solution for the industry for future P&A work.
